The immunization Program at the GRMDC has been working in conjunction with the Boston Immunization Information System over the past few years, and this collaboration has produced great results. Starting with an immunization rate of 24% in November 1994, we have soared to a rate of 95% and received both a Mayoral achievement Citation from the Honorable Thomas Menino and acknowledgement of attaining president Clinton's Healthy Children 2000 goals from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. We will continue to work with state-wide immunization efforts to coordinate data and deliver the highest quality of care to our patients.
