Eva Phenix is our new Managed Care Coordinator. She is available to assist you with obtaining the authorization (or referral number) necessary for specialty appointments.
Many health insurance plans require this authorization before an appointment or referral can be generated. Eva, or Will Lopes, our Specialty Appointment Scheduler will als arrange your specialty appointment.
The Managed Care office can be reached by dialing (617) 323-4440 Ext 113, Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.Eva is also available to answer any questions you may have regarding your HMO insurance plan.
